TERMS OF SERVICE

1. BINDING AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PROFORCE GALAXIES LTD. By accessing our platforms, downloading satellite data, or utilizing our analytics services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation.

2. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Services (including but not limited to any software, satellite imagery, algorithms, data products, trade names, and "Proforce Galaxies" branding) are owned by us.

RESTRICTIONS: You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our solutions or algorithms.
• Scrape or bulk-download data for the purpose of creating a competing service.
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices on our data products.

3. SERVICE LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMER

"AS IS" BASIS:All satellite data, intelligence reports, and analytics are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the provided intelligence.

OPERATIONAL RISK: Satellite data is subject to orbital conditions, atmospheric interference, and technical limitations. Our Services should not be the sole basis for high-stakes decision-making in defense, safety-of-life, or critical infrastructure operations.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROFORCE GALAXIES LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPERATIONAL DOWNTIME.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE INCIDENT.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PROFORCE GALAXIES LTD and its officers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our Services or your violation of these Terms or any international space regulations.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: solar flares, space debris impact, satellite hardware failure, atmospheric conditions, acts of war, or telecommunication outages.

7. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the unilateral right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we suspect any unauthorized data exploitation.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction located within Nigeria, without regard to conflict of laws principles
